Kettlebell Exercises for Total Body Strength!

If you are bored of your current workout routine, and if you are looking to change your strength training routine, then you may consider trying Kettlebell exercises. They are excellent exercises if you are looking for something more intensive. Kettlebell exercises used to be practiced originally in the Soviet Union and because of its extreme nature, was used extensively by its special forces. It needs lot of strength to be able to manoeuvre it and hence it suited people in the defense forces very well. A kettle bell, also known as girya is a cast iron weight that looks like a cannon ball with a handle, very different from what a dumbbell looks. Because of the way it is built, Kettlebells are not very easy to manoeuvre; it requires some strength to be able to handle it. That is the reason it is one of the most effective means to develop strength and flexibility. Kettlebell training forms a major part of the Special Forces training routine in various countries. Since these exercises already require you to be stronger, these are meant for extreme fitness enthusiasts and ideally are not meant for beginners. Kettlebell exercises help in increasing flexibility and strength training, and is especially helpful for combat athletes as well. Kettlebells are available in various sizes so what is a good weight to start with? If you are a male, you may consider starting with 35 lbs and then gradually start increasing it. For female, you may go in for around 15. These exercises will help you develop broad shoulders and well developed back muscles in a short time; they are best suited for strength training exercises.
